Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of this website and the ALMA services, provided by Acelarador Consulting Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong ("we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms. If you use them on behalf of an organisation, you accept these terms for it.
2. The services
The scope, fees and any specific conditions of a paid service are set out in your order or plan. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the services unlawfully, infringe anyone's rights, interfere with or attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or breach the terms of any third-party platform used with the services.
5. Third-party platforms
The services use YouTube API Services; by using features that rely on them you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Other third-party platforms you connect are subject to their own terms.
6. Fees
Fees are payable as set out in your order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own all rights in the services and their content. You keep your rights in the content you provide and grant us the rights needed to provide the services.
8. Disclaimer
The services are provided "as is" and "as available". Information provided through them is for general guidance and may not be complete or accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or where required by law.
11. Privacy
Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
